Rapidly expanding service company located in Knoxville has an IMMEDIATE need for a Finance Manager to join its growing team of customer service-oriented professionals. The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the Finance office, including the management and development of 3 finance office employees. A key role of the Finance Manager is the explanation of contracts and other related paperwork as customers purchase goods and services. In addition, the Finance Manager also oversees the customer service and payment processing aspects of the department. The perfect candidate will have 2+ years' background in a customer service role, either in a financial services or call center environment. Degree preferred, previous supervisory background required.
