Gulf Stream Sun Clipper Class A in Knoxville, TN

I have a used in fair condition Sun Clipper for sale Model 8322 SC. I am trying to relocate and therefore selling the RV. The sinks, and shower are in great condition the bathroom has a new porcelin toilet and new tile. The bedroom is in fantastic condition. The couch turns into a full bed, as does the kitchen table. Its is in fair driving condition and has been up and down mountains, driven on the highway etc.The storage is adequate for living purposes, as I lived in it a year. At a decent and livable campground is a fair buy. There are several campgrounds that rent monthly and are noted on the Dollywood website under work camping in Sevier County. In Knox county there is Southlake RV park which was $450 per mth in `13 full hookup to include cable, water, electric and sewage.
